In the event that the User feels that his concern has not been resolved to his satisfaction by Wave cinemas’s customer service within 30 days from the date of lodging of complaint, the User may contact or escalate it to Our Grievance Redressal Officer, who shall endeavour to redress the concern within 30 days from the date of receipt of such escalation.
