Please be aware that once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be exchanged or refunded.

REFUND POLICY

We have established the following refund policy to accommodate our valued patrons:

  • If a movie screening is cancelled by Wave Cinemas for any reason, all affected customers will be eligible for a full refund of the ticket price.
  • In the event of a failed transaction or any other technical issue that prevents the completion of a ticket purchase and the amount credited in our account, then the customers are entitled to a full refund. Customers should report such issues to our customer service team.
  • Refunds can only be initiated in accordance with the cancellation policy if the terms and conditions are met.

Please note that following items or services are typically non-refundable once booked or purchased. These may include

  • Cinema gift cards or vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Any service or convenience fees such as Internet handling charges, applicable taxes, associated with the booking process are subject to be non-refundable.
  • Tickets for special events, such as premieres, private screenings, or film festivals, are non-refundable.
