• The user must provide Wave Cinemas with accurate information, including the cardholder's name, card type, card number, card expiry date, and the security code on the back of the card (if applicable), to successfully make payments. The user is solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided. Wave Cinemas will not indemnify the user for any errors, whether intentional or unintentional.
• The user must verify all booking details before finalizing the ticket purchase. Wave Cinemas will not be responsible for incorrect bookings caused by user error and will not issue refunds in such cases. If the user encounters any issues during the booking process, they are advised to contact our customer service team on customersupport@wavecinemas.com. Once the transaction is completed, the booking cannot be cancelled or refunded through the portal.
• Upon successful processing of the booking, the user will receive a confirmation email and SMS containing all relevant booking details. Wave Cinemas will not issue refunds for selecting incorrect tickets or for failure to meet the minimum age requirements for a particular film. Online bookings are non-transferable and cannot be resold.
• To collect the tickets, the user must present digital confirmation with booking details at the cinema. Additionally, the user must carry a printout of the confirmation email. Tickets can be collected from automatic ticket collection points or by presenting the confirmation printout to a Wave Cinemas representative at the ticket counter of the concerned multiplex. For films certified as 'A', the user must also carry valid proof of age.
• Unless otherwise specified, the user is automatically subscribed to Wave Cinemas and its partner promotions through SMS and email.
• Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited within Wave Cinemas premises.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.

The parties hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India, for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
